Understanding the item

While we endeavour to describe items well, it is strongly recommended you satisfy yourself.

The majority of the time we will show multiple photos and aim to outline unusual details.

Video condition report

The best way to find out more about an item is to receive a video condition report.

We use Messenger to send videos which is accessible through our FaceBook page.

Bidding to win

When the catalogue goes live you will be able to place auto bids (absentee bids).

An auto bid will allow you to set the price you wish the system to bid up to. The system will begin from the next available bid and then outbid any future bids by other people until it reaches your set maximum. Don't worry, the system will try to win your item for the lowest bid possible.

Placing a bid is a legally binding agreement to purchase.

All auction houses charge buyers an additional fee based on their winning bids (the hammer price), a percentage referred to as the Buyers Premium.

What happens after you win?

Items must be paid for promptly. Our system will send you an invoice that must be paid before pickup or arrangement for shipping.

Settlement is expected within 2 working days.

Following cleared payment you can book a time for pickup or arrange for shipping.

Replacement Insurance Reports

We all hope you end up paying less than what the true replacement value of an item is. We recommend you consider commissioning a replacement insurance report before sending items.

Discounted insurance reporting is available.
